Cancer is real. It takes our family and friends from us way too soon.
Life is scary whether it's you with the disease or a friend or family member.
It takes the life out of you and may even take your life. We need to find a cure.
Through research, scientists and doctors learn from the cells of cancer patients. This
research however costs. The monies for study programs usually comes from grants
or donations. Fundraisers such as Relay for Life benefit cancer research. Donna
participated in the walks, proudly wearing her survivor ribbon. Cookies for kids is
another way. You can buy cookies and proceeds go to kids cancer research. Of course
